  • Lake Havasu City is in western Mohave County, Arizona, along the eastern shore of Lake Havasu (which lies on the Colorado River border between AZ and CA).
  • Founded as a planned community in 1963 by Robert P. McCulloch Sr.. 
  • It covers about 46 square miles (~120 km²) of land. 
  • Elevation: approx. 938 ft. above sea level. 
  • Population: about 57,000 as of the 2020 census.
