HOWA does not initiate or make arrangements for participants of the Bulletin Board to exchange products, services, or time. Participants are not screened by HOWA.  Therefore, you should do your own due diligence before engaging with another Bulletin Board participant to be assured of your safety and engagement parameters such as — scope of work, start date, end date, hours, skill level, location, reviews, etc.
