Graham Pruss Trustee

Dr. Graham J. Pruss is an anthropologist who began researching how people lived in vehicles in 2009, helped establish one of Seattle’s earliest safe parking programs in 2011, and worked as their outreach provider for hundreds of vehicle residents from 2013 to 2015. Lessons from the Homes on Wheels Alliance drove Graham’s work to include vehicle residents from all socioeconomic backgrounds in policy and program development. Dr. Pruss is the co-founder and executive director of the National Vehicle Residency Coalition, a nationwide organization advocating for the rights, representation, and infrastructure needs of people living in vehicles.
