Virtual Caravan Liability Release

LIABILITY RELEASE AGREEMENT
1. Introduction
By registering to participate in this virtual event, you (the Participant) and Homes On Wheels Alliance, Inc. (HOWA) agree to the terms outlined in this Liability Release Agreement.
2. Release of Liability
The Participant hereby releases and discharges HOWA, and any representatives of HOWA, from all claims, causes of actions, liabilities, disputes, demands, damages, agreements, contracts, obligations, promises, debts, and/or accounts of any kind or nature, whether known or unknown at present, for any damage, loss, injury, or death arising from or related to participation in Virtual Caravan Activities. This release specifically includes any claims of negligence against HOWA or any representative of HOWA.
3. Agreement to Terms
By registering for the virtual event, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Liability Release Agreement. The Participant understands that this Release is a final settlement of any and all claims or actions relating to or arising out of Virtual Caravan Activities.
4. Review of Terms
The Participant confirms that they have had the opportunity to carefully review the terms of this Release and Waiver Agreement and/or to have it examined by an attorney if desired.
5. Waiver of Litigation Rights
The Participant understands and agrees that by signing this Waiver and Release Agreement, they waive the right to litigate any claims against HOWA, even if injuries are sustained during participation in Virtual Caravan Activities.
6. Voluntary Agreement
Both the Participant and HOWA are entering into this Release & Waiver Agreement voluntarily.
7. Entire Agreement
This Release & Waiver Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which HOWA is headquartered.
By registering for the event, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Liability Release Agreement.
