Day one of the solar panel awards was an absolute success!
We provided 15 people with life-changing solar panels and the accessories required for installation. A huge thank you to Santan Solar for the donation of solar panels and Berger Foundation for funding the accessories.
We are thrilled to help out more nomads today. A big thank you to all the wonderful volunteers. We couldn’t do any of this without you. @ Quartzsite, Arizona

can I apply for help now or do I wait until yall announce another van give-away? I’m so embarrassed to ask for help but as of Jan. 1 2020 Im going to be living in my very small suv.
Im no longer able to pay my bills on my disability check. I live in a hud apartment but my rent and utility bills along with my car insurance and car payment I only have less than 200 a month for everything else. I was a RN for 40 yrs and never dreamed I would end up like this. I love to travel and help others but I have sat here for over 2 yrs watching you tube videos of everyone living the life I have always dreamed of. God Bless ya’ll for helping so many people.

Marty, Please continue to watch the HOWA website for future vehicle build outs. Bob’s YouTube Live Feeds (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAj7O3LCDbkIR54hAn6Zz7A/videos) are also a great way to get the newest information about what programs HOWA is implementing. If you can catch them live, it is great fun. If you cannot watch it live, watch the video as it will be posted with Bob’s other videos.
When you hear that a new build out is in the works, start watching for the new applications to be posted at this link: https://homesonwheelsalliance.org/programs/
Safe Travels!

Hello Marty,
First I would like to say “thank you” for serving all those years. I am currently looking at major financial hurdles myself and am considering living in my Jeep Grand Cherokee once my health permits. I have a little dog I would have living with me in this new lifestyle but believe she would enjoy it a great deal. I have found the videos on getting started and cheap build outs extremely helpful. I have been thinking of ways to convert mine SUV into living quarters. Then once I am able I could upgrade. I would love to know how things are going for you…God Bless
